Terms & conditions 

1. Deposit:

1.1 When booking a vehicle, a deposit of 50% of the total service price is required to confirm the reservation. 

1.2 You have the right to reschedule or cancel the booking by giving at least 24hour's notice, In the event of cancellation or failure to fulfill the booking with less than 24hours notice the deposit will not be refundable. 

1.3 All cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non refundable and non transferable

1.4 J’s Detailing’s reserves the rights to cancel a booking due to weather, mechanical issues, etc. We will ensure you're appointment is rescheduled at the earliest date possible or a full refund will be issued at your request. 

2. Personal Belongings:

2.1 Upon arrival, it is your responsibility to ensure that your car is empty of all personal belongings that you wish to keep. We recommend removing all valuable items, documents, and personal effects from the vehicle before handing it over for service.

2.2 J’S Detailing shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after the service. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the removal and safekeeping of any personal belongings.
